Our Director of Operations Mark O’Neill, accompanied by Darren Fox, Director of Engineering for Naylor Drainage Ltd, had the pleasure of meeting Steve to present his employee of the month award. This in-person recognition underscores the high regard in which Steve is held by both his colleagues and our customers.

Steve has been a dedicated member of the Doyle Security team for nine years, working at the Naylor Drainage site. His deep understanding of our operations is unparalleled. His proficiency in coordinating deliveries and managing visitors on and off-site ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Whether handling logistics or welcoming guests, Steve consistently demonstrates a professional demeanour and meticulous attention to detail.

One of the most commendable aspects of Steve’s approach is his consistent politeness and friendliness. Evidently his positive attitude makes him a joy to work with, fostering a collaborative and pleasant work environment.
