Grant Doyle

Director
Grant took over the overall running of Doyle Security from his Father Shaun in 1996. Since then, Grant has overseen the growth of the business into the modern progressive company it is today.

A total professional with almost 30 years’ experience in the security sector, Grant has ensured that the company has continued to evolve and has embraced the many changes over the years from the introduction of SIA licensing to the rise of electronic security.

Andrew Nicholson Msyl

Managing Director
Since 2001 Andrew has looked after the day-to-day running of the business. Initially joining as Commercial Manager Andrew progressed to General Manager and became Managing Director in 2010.

Over the last two decades, Andrew has forged long lasting partnerships with customers, Key decision makers and industry leaders within the UK security sector ensuring Doyle Security remains at the forefront of the security industry.

Leading by example, Andrew ensures that the company values of honesty, trust and professionalism run deep through every part of our business.

Mark O’Neill MsyI

Director of Operations
Mark joined us in 2018 as our Director of Operations and brings an unparalleled level of experience to our management team.

Mark is responsible for delivering a focused approach to security solutions to new and existing clients. Mark sets exacting standards in service delivery, with a strategy of recruiting the brightest and most capable people available.

Through his 27 years’ experience in the corporate security sector, Mark has also forged a global network of contacts, many of which are extremely valuable to Doyle clients.

Maggie Smith

Office Manager
Since 2003 Maggie has looked after all aspects of the financial side of the business and been a major part of the company’s success. Maggie’s responsibilities include Employee Payroll and Banking, all invoicing and payments as well as checks such as SIA licencing and compliance. As Office Manager, Maggie is also responsible for ensuring that our Head Office runs smoothly and all staff have the support and equipment they need.

Maggie also provides invaluable support to the company Directors providing detailed accountants and financial information.

Peter Nelson

Operations Manager
Peter joined the team in 2018 as Operations Support Manager, bringing with him 10 years supervisor experience in the security industry. Due to his professionalism, dedication and loyalty Peter was promoted to Operations Manager in 2021 and is now responsible and accountable for all service deliverables and for ensuring that all goals and objectives relating to the service provision across our portfolios are met.

Peter is a true “team player” and makes sure that all his team are given the support they need to succeed.

Martyn Iremonger

Central Services Manager
The role of Central Services Manager is an extremely important one to the business and Martyn brings a high level of professionalism to the position. As someone who has extensive experience in all aspects of the security industry Martyn’s primary duty is to oversee the service delivery of the team, maintaining customer relationships and ensuring that we provide the correct type of security to each customer.

Martyn is responsible for the seamless integration between our operations and technical departments, providing a bespoke service to our customers.

Paul Koros

Control Room Manager
Paul joined the company in 2020 as a security officer and due to his dedication and hard work progressed swiftly to Control Room Manager. Paul is always “hands on” and leads his team from the front and takes pride in being responsible for the continued development and training of our Team Leaders and continually ensures that a high level of professionalism is maintained at all times.

As well as leading our 24/7 Control Room team Paul also oversees our monitoring platform for over 500 sites.

David Henshaw

Operations Support Manager
David joined the company in 2018 as Control Room Team Leader and quickly established himself as an integral part of the Operations team. Respected by both his teammates and senior Managers Dave was the natural choice to step up to recently become our Operations Support Manager.

Someone who leads from the front, Dave is vastly experienced in retail security and Event planning and looks after our larger public body contracts and oversees our Events and Night Life Marshall teams.

Rhiannon Dennant

Operations Support Manager
Although Rhiannon is the youngest member of our Operations team, the level of experience and maturity that she brings to the team is exceptional. Rhiannon is responsible for the smooth running of our largest client and her duties include making sure that all tasks are suitably staffed and that a high level of service delivery is maintained daily as necessary.

Rhiannon is always seeking to share experiences and provides valuable support, guidance and assistance to the Directors, Management team and all staff involves within the contract.

Tracey Kent

Technical Administrator
As Technical Administrator, Tracey looks after all our technical department and ensures that all our customers receive the very best service. Tracey has a wealth of experience within customers service and is continually speaking with our customers old and new providing them with updates and also seeking feedback which ensures that we maintain the highest standards.

With support from our Senior Engineers, Tracey also maintains the Engineer diary ensuring that tasks are planned well in advance.

Alex Law

Operations Administrator
Alex joined us with extensive experience within the Logistics industry and is one of our unsung heroes who always maintains high standards in everything they do. Alex is responsible for maintaining employee and client records, handling daily reports, key management, and providing administrative support as needed to our Operational Management team.

Having the responsibility for maintaining the administration of our Human Resources and Operations team is a role that requires a high level of professionalism every day.
