Grant took over the overall running of Doyle Security from his Father Shaun in 1996. Since then, Grant has overseen the growth of the business into the modern progressive company it is today.

A total professional with almost 30 years’ experience in the security sector, Grant has ensured that the company has continued to evolve and has embraced the many changes over the years from the introduction of SIA licensing to the rise of electronic security.

Since 2001 Andrew has looked after the day-to-day running of the business. Initially joining as Commercial Manager Andrew progressed to General Manager and became Managing Director in 2010.

Over the last two decades, Andrew has forged long lasting partnerships with customers, Key decision makers and industry leaders within the UK security sector ensuring Doyle Security remains at the forefront of the security industry.

Mark joined us in 2018 as our Director of Operations and brings an unparalleled level of experience to our management team.

Mark is responsible for delivering a focused approach to security solutions to new and existing clients. Mark sets exacting standards in service delivery, with a strategy of recruiting the brightest and most capable people available.

Since 2003 Maggie has looked after all aspects of the financial side of the business and been a major part of the company’s success.

Maggie’s responsibilities include Employee Payroll and Banking, all invoicing and payments as well as checks such as SIA licencing and compliance. As Office Manager, Maggie is also responsible for ensuring that our Head Office runs smoothly and all staff have the support and equipment they need.

The role of head of central operations is an extremely important one to the business and Martyn brings a high level of professionalism to the position.

As someone who has extensive experience in all aspects of the security industry Martyn’s primary duty is to oversee the service delivery of the team, maintaining customer relationships and ensuring that we provide the correct type of security to each customer.

In early 2026, Dan joined Doyle Security as Head of New Business, bringing a strong track record in driving commercial growth and securing high-value client partnerships. With a clear focus on building long-term relationships and winning the right work, Dan leads our new business strategy across all service areas. He works closely with our Directors, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure every opportunity is commercially sound, fully deliverable, and aligned with our values as a trusted, family-run security provider.

Millie joined us in 2024 and is proud to be the third generation of the Doyle family within the business. Bringing fresh ideas and a passion for brand development, she is responsible for all aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, social media, and content creation. Millie plays a key role in strengthening Doyle Security’s presence, ensuring our message of trust, professionalism, and innovation reaches every client.

Henrietta joined us in 2025 and, like her sister Millie, is proud to be part of the third generation of the Doyle family within the business. Working alongside Millie in the marketing team, Henrietta focuses on creating engaging content, supporting campaigns, and helping to strengthen Doyle Security’s brand presence. She has a great eye for designing social media content and marketing materials, bringing creativity and attention to detail that make our brand stand out.

As Technical Administrator, Tracey looks after all our technical department and ensures that all our customers receive the very best service.

Tracey has a wealth of experience within customers service and is continually speaking with our customers old and new providing them with updates and also seeking feedback which ensures that we maintain the highest standards.

George has been an integral part of Doyle Security since joining the business in 2017.

Starting his career with us as a trainee engineer, George has progressed through the ranks through hard work, technical excellence and a genuine commitment to the business. He now heads up our technical team and is responsible for overseeing the installation process from the system design to equipment purchase through to commissioning, ensuring our installations consistently meet and exceed the relevant British Standards.

George also plays a key role in maintaining our SSAIB accreditations, working closely with both our engineers and management team to uphold the high standards our customers expect. His journey through the business is a great example of the development opportunities available at Doyle Security.

Paul joined the company in 2020 as a security officer and due to his dedication and hard work progressed swiftly to Control Room Manager.

Paul is always “hands on” and leads his team from the front and takes pride in being responsible for the continued development and training of our Team Leaders and continually ensures that a high level of professionalism is maintained at all times.
