Our History- Founding Roots and Early Growth

Our history is something we are really proud of. Originally established as Shaun Doyle Security Services in 1985 to cater to the security needs of local publicans. With a workforce comprising many former coal miners who had faced job losses, the company experienced rapid growth.

Passing the Torch to the Next Generation

In 1996, Shaun handed over the reins to his son Grant, who ushered the company into a new era of growth and innovation. Embracing new technologies alongside the company’s core stewarding and security officer services, Grant led Doyle Security Ltd to national recognition as a trusted provider of security solutions over the next 25 years.

A National Presence from a Modern Headquarters

Today, Doyle Security Ltd operates from a state-of-the-art office complex near junction 37 of the M1 motorway. With over 170 full-time staff, the company has evolved into a nationally recognised and accredited security provider, continuing to uphold its legacy of reliability and innovation.
